I'd argue we should generate leadership personas from more intimate meeting transcripts. It will get much closer to the real thing. This avoids blindspots and less ideal characteristics that are real. The leader could still offer commentary on why they are like that.

There’s a lot of love right now for System 2 thinking in AI. But imagine if System 2 is overrated? It would be a classic deceptive trap. How could it be overrated? Well because if it becomes easier to make progress on it than on System 1, human nature will yearn to embrace it.

@IAmClintMurphy I'm not sure most of these are decision making tools as much as they are heuristics and common biases... Decision making can be simplified when we take a simple lens but then we can't understand the complicatedness or complexity that is more appropriate for other decisions.
