@vlucas @Airbnb I’d recently read that even hot water isn’t required, unless promised in the listing. Sounds like AirBNB want to stick to their roots as “air mattress in someone else’s space” more than “housing”. 🤷🏻‍♂️ That really stinks

Living through an @Airbnb nightmare with a stay I booked in Sonoma. No A/C. Checked in and it was 83 degrees inside with no way to cool it down. Not what I expected AT ALL. Host is very stubborn and will not budge on cancellation. Airbnb support unhelpful & hiding behind policy.
