@bushontheradio I feel exactly the same. I’m a black belt Judo but still wouldn’t fancy my chances in this scenario. I’m on the rat race in to London and back every day and this type of attack has been on my mind for ages

This train attack is horrific and has shaken me up so much, am I the only one who has been researching self defence things I can keep in my bag when heading into work? Seems like modern life is getting more dangerous.
