Khosla Ventures filed Schedule 13D Amendment No. 8 on October 23, 2025, disclosing changes in beneficial ownership of Rocket Lab Corporation’s common stock. Between September 4 and October 21, 2025, Khosla Ventures V, L.P. distributed 5.5 million shares pro rata to partners, with 1.1 million going to VK Services, LLC. This reduced KV V’s holdings to 6.8 million shares (1.4%), while VK Services and Vinod Khosla now beneficially own 40 million shares (8.0%). The shares were acquired for investment; no current plans for control or major changes, but they reserve rights to engage or trade further.

🚨 JUST IN: $RKLB announces an ATM offering of up to $750M in common stock. Perfect timing, as it just hit a new all-time high today. At current prices, that’s roughly 3% dilution. Honestly, it’s quite smart to do this at this stage, and $750M is almost double what $RKLB needed to develop a rocket like Neutron. I have little doubt this capital will be efficiently deployed. Thesis unchanged.

$ASTS ($57/share, ~$20B) = almost no revenue, all hype.
$RKLB ($51/share, ~$25B) = $123M last Qtr, 67+ successful launches, real tech.
Market’s got it backwards. $RKLB is criminally undervalued—should be $109+/share by this comparison.

🚨 China is not even hiding it any more… the country has unveiled a compact, deep-sea, cable-cutting device, capable of severing the world's most fortified underwater communication or power lines at depths of up to 4,000m — twice the maximum operational range of existing subsea communication infrastructure.
The device has been designed specifically for integration with China's advanced crewed and uncrewed submersibles like the Striver (奋斗者 / Fendouzhe) and the Haidou (海斗) series.
Developed by China Ship Scientific Research Centre (CSSRC) and its affiliated State Key Laboratory of Deep-sea Manned Vehicles, the device targets armored cables — layered with steel, rubber and polymer sheaths — that underpin 95% of global data transmission.
While it was created as a tool for civilian salvage and seabed mining, the dual-use potential of the tool could send alarm bells ringing for other nations. For example, it can be used to cut cables near strategic chokepoints such as Guam.
