$RKLB If the highlighted part is even close to true. Yikes. Launch is still the biggest bottleneck in space, by far. The people talking about it being commoditized near-term are really offside with that take. Getting a launch vehicle from debut to a scaled and reliable high cadence is incredibly difficult. I suggest everyone read this opinion piece. Full of good insights.

$RKLB and $VSAT are on the cusp of changing the game. Blue origin could be sidelined for a significant amount of time, $ASTS needs to go hat in hand to SpaceX after aggregating telecom demand to compete with Starlink. EQUATYS just got repriced. Long AF $RKLB. No color on the constellation from the $VSAT call aside from a teaser at the end that there would be a separate event. Massive capital raise for $RKLB has them poised to develop the Busses, and potentially the payload now. Space is hard, and blue origin will no doubt recover, but the time is now. The iron is hot, the milk shake is right there, in the yard.

@DrTomsLens Rocket Lab will (imo) be many times today’s value in the 2030’s.

$RKLB is expensive as hell now, and for me it’s a clear hold. In my view, the market is not pricing Rocket Lab as the enabling layer for space data centers. Those timelines are still way too speculative. Nobody can reliably say whether those applications are 5 or 10 years away, except for the usual CEO hypers. What the market is pricing in is probably much simpler: Rocket Lab is now a strategic American defense company with a massive technological moat. You do not just build another Rocket Lab today. Space engineering is hard. Launch is hard. Space systems are hard. So the market is now rewarding the early movers that have already proven they can build, scale, and earn in a sector with massive barriers to entry.
