@Progress_Lfc @Corballyred No it's not. It's a squad building issue. We already had a small squad and sold players. We also didn't account for Salah decline and Gakpo being out of form or the number season ending injuries we've had this season. The injuries mean we cant even play the same system for 2 game

Would love to see Frimpong's scouting report prior to his signing. 2/3s into the season and still no clue on his best role. Looks a pure pace merchant. Dreadful at RB (which everyone knew), & totally useless on the wing if a fullback like Spence matches his speed. Harsh???

I listened to a podcast this morning defending Arne Slot's position as Liverpool's Head Coach and outlining why he should be retained. Their case was calm, reasoned, and persuasive. Until you look at the facts. Historic lows. Collapsing performances. A team with no identity, no intensity, no answers. I took every argument their podcast made for keeping him. @daReal_teebee @jamesbenge I wasn’t born yesterday, I know about setting traps ffs. This picture repeated itself 2nd half. City press with 4 against 2. That gives a numerical advantage beyond the press. If Hincapie can’t receive the ball here (he can) and build the play he shouldn’t be in an Arsenal shirt.

If the pass was on like you think then Kepa really isn't the one to blame, it should be Arteta. He could have instructed not just Kepa but the CBs to do it. He didn't

@daReal_teebee @jamesbenge Jesus wept, you haven’t a clue. If you think a Premier League player can’t receive the ball in that situation I can’t help you. There’s plenty of clips of both Hincapie and White asking for the ball. Kepa just didn’t have the bottle to try the pass. Summed up his performance.

Second half Slot instructs Szoboszlai to jump on him and that ended all your progression in the second half. It's a very common tactic. Maresca used a similar thing on liverpool

@Ad_Victoriam25 @jamesbenge You can literally see the two city midfielders who are ready to jump in the picture not to mention the full back behind. If you knew about traps you wouldn't be arguing still. There are moments where O'Reilly leaves him man to press the FB but the pass never came.

I watched the first half. You weren't. You had 10 mins where you went long to Gyokeres and Havertz where you might gave got something. After that they both lost the rest of their duels.

@Ad_Victoriam25 @jamesbenge They weren't even pressing your CBs or your keeper. 4 attackers sat narrow to block passes to mids. So you had more than enough time to clip it to your FB. So why didn't they? Gabriel can't? Saliba can't? Kepa can't? Or they're very much aware of the danger you don't understand?

@Ad_Victoriam25 @jamesbenge Not rubbish, just a very common tactic. Wide positions are easiest to press bcs of the touchline. It was on because they left it on for a purpose. Semenyo and Doku were intentionally narrow to give you that passing option for a reason!
