If Nigerian governors will abandon the Airportification of their states for once Airports are not needs. Trust me ~95% of the Nigerian population does not fly and have never flown in an aircraft in their lives. They don't need an airport Focus on poverty reduction through healthcare, education, security and incentives for business growth. Make people less ignorant, healthier, safer and give them a reason to hustle. Get them out of poverty Then an airport will be necessary. Trust me, apart from Abuja, Lagos, Kano and Port Harcourt airports in Nigeria, the rest are pointless and wasteful as economic projects And even these 4 airports that I have mentioned are below average. Focus on poverty reduction
