Excited to see this out in @JSP_journal! Research shows that key supporters of UBI arelow-income, high-risk, or unemployed—but do they prefer a UBI over other altervatives? Spoiler: no! A key takeaway: it's crucial to distinguish between support levels and actual preferences.

Helpful report from @IFS showing again just how much people have lost from tax & benefits changes since 2010. Lots of attention rightly paid to children and families here. But to tackle poverty (& especially destitution) why isn't there more focus on single, childless households?
