Recent hack: When the agent specifically calls out items as "Not In Scope" in their plan, I immediately copy those items (if I agree with them as roadmap items) and paste them into the input field. I then send those items to be executed next when the agent finishes the last plan. Took me way too long to start doing that, sadly.

And splashdown! America is back in the business of sending astronauts to the Moon and bringing them home safely. Reid, Victor, Christina, and Jeremy did an outstanding job. These talented astronauts inspired the world and represented their space agencies and nations as humanity’s ambassadors to the stars. This was a test mission, the first crewed flight of SLS and Orion, pushing farther into the unforgiving environment of space than ever before, and it carried real risk. They accepted that risk for all we stood to learn and for the exciting missions that follow, as we return to the lunar surface, build a Moon base, and prepare for what comes next. And they were not alone. The entire NASA workforce, our commercial and international partners, and the hopes and dreams of people all over the world were with them. The astronauts know it, and you should too. This mission would not have been possible without you. Congratulations. Artemis II, mission accomplished.

I’m thrilled to announce we’ve raised $44M to build a new home for product design. Meet @noondesign. No workflow is more broken and fragmented in 2026 than the product designers’. The very same people who care most about building software don’t have software purpose built for them. @kushagrasinha7 and I have lived this problem first hand as designers ourselves. That’s why we built Noon. The first product design tool that works entirely on your product code, so you can design not only how a product looks, but also how it works. With AI at its core that works in seconds, not minutes. For the first time, you can create, iterate, build, test and ship. All in one canvas. No translations or roundtrips to the codebase and back. Comment “Get Noon” and we’ll get you on the list for early access.

I’d love to know exactly what tools, technologies, and workflows you would implement here. Personally bullish on AI’s ability to bring down “administrative taxes” on businesses by automating accounting, making actual legal counsel less necessary, and improving operations. But I’m sure you see things I don’t.

I predict that small businesses that heavily integrate AI into their operations will benefit from higher valuations and easier sale processes. Imagine if agentic systems have full context on the business past and present? What if those agents persist regardless of ownership? This unlocks the potential to make ownership transitions much more seamless and alleviates key man risk, owner dependency, etc. Has the potential to make the SMB market much more liquid. Thoughts? @ClintFiore

Most people know @Reddit as the $27 billion dollar company. Almost nobody knows about Mark White In 2004, @alexisohanian was at an entrepreneurship conference in Singapore when he pitched his UVA Commerce professor an idea over drinks. White had seen hundreds of student pitches. He told Ohanian it was one of the best he'd ever heard. Ohanian emailed his roommate Steve Huffman that night: drop everything, we need to do this. Huffman had been planning grad school. Ohanian had been planning law school. Neither of them went. That idea became Reddit. Mark White is my professor today. I sit in class today where every lecture my mind wanders to that night in Singapore... a professor who could have nodded politely and moved on, but instead told Ohanian to go all in. Who wanted to join the board. Who already knew people to call for capital, that's not just encouragement, that's belief. He is the best professor I've ever had and honestly, after seeing this email, it makes complete sense. The same energy he brings to the classroom is exactly what Ohanian needed in that bar in Singapore.

Product slop is going to be a sign of the times. Some teams are going to subsist off the endless sugar high of shipping new features. The best teams will balance that natural draw with discipline around endlessly refining what exists. LLMs are great at toil. Put them to use!

President Trump gave the world the Artemis Program, and NASA and our partners have the plan to deliver. We will standardize architecture where possible, add missions and accelerate flight rate, execute in an evolutionary way, and safely return American astronauts to the Moon, this time to stay. This is the NASA that once changed the world. This is the NASA that will do it again.

@blindfoldcap I’ve long wondered why more people haven’t commented on this. Is it quoting human equivalent timelines? Or just insanely inflating them?
