I cannot pastor twitter. "Shepherd the flock of God that is among you" (1 Pt 5:2) I am not supposed to shepherd twitter. Yet I give in regularly to the feelings of guilt that it's what good/active/mindful pastors do. Jesus, help me resist that voice. It's not from You.

I just really don’t want to rewatch that season for the third time. That’s all. I just want it to be fun again and not miserable to watch. Every game had about two hours of just eye bleeding football. It’s just not a good product.

Amen! Currently dealing with a church that has a 30+ year member in their church who needs shepherding help. They delay and defer, but each time, they tell the person how many people attended Xmas Eve or used their QR code to say they are interested in salvation.

🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ Reason #2,098,567 to hate the AI craze. Fam, if you don’t want to pastor the sheep, leave the pastorate. If your church is too big to pastor, plant smaller congregations. If there are too many sheep, train more shepherds. But be a real, accessible pastor to the sheep.
