@GodwinTOKO I believe that equipment was bought for a private health facility for BOU senior staff during COVID due to that lack of beds. Now that they no longer have that fear, they've donated the equipment.

There's a way the Museveni govt operates that if you think hard about it, you’ll end up with a headache! Govt hospitals don't have equipment bse govt doesn't allocate enough money for them through the ministry of health. Somehow, BoU, also a govt institution, has extra money to buy hospital equipment at inflated prices to “donate” to the ministry of health! How is this normal?! 🤷🏾‍♂️
