Chicago socialists and Democrats chased away 40K jobs and 11K businesses over the last decade. California socialists and Democrats chased away 100K corporate and HQ-related jobs and 800 businesses last decade. It lost $91B net income 2019-2023 alone. Ballpark estimates suggest $700B in wealth may have left as Democrats and socialists bear down on a wealth tax that violates both its state constitution and the U.S. Constitution that loopholes show will hit everyone, not just billionaires, and their paper gains on their assets. The same tax that helped turn Russia into the communist Soviet Union. 13M people left Democrat states 1990-2021.

Given the news today that Spirit Airlines is shuttering and thousands of people are losing their jobs, I think we should honestly assess whether the Garland DoJ stopping the JetBlue merger with Spirit Airlines was the right call. Perhaps it was but any analysis must consider as part of the equation the loss to so many families ro decide.
