Not quite sure how, but one of the cats caught this poor fella earlier. Which got me wondering- why are moles never muddy? 🤔

Wonderful few days at #jacquesselosse with another memorable tasting with Anselme. Highest of highlights were the 2008, 2010 and Les Chantereines and Les Carelles 2021 tasted still in barrique. Mind blown.

Was in the Woolpack pub in Slad (Laurie Lee’s old local) the other day. I kid you not, spotted a couple, he with a cider, she with a rosé. Inspired me to work on a new cocktail, ‘the Laurie Lee’. First prototype, with ‘help’ from @Annabuttercup , rank.

Always wondered why shaving foam had a lid. 🙄
