@dexter13883 The answer is simple. Josh Taylor was fighting the likes of Postol in his 13th fight. So he was at world level far earlier than most fighters who usually have 25+ fights before they make the step up. It’s not that his decline was steep, it was that his rise was sharp.

@fenionbhoy @fahazhan10 He signed an exclusive deal with DAZN. Even becoming a shareholder in the business (as he is also did with Matchroom). DAZN need to agree any deal which sees AJ fight on another broadcaster. Hearn confirmed this when asked about AJ fighting JP on Netflix

@fahazhan10 AJ has an exclusive promotional partnership with Matchroom but his fights are not exclusive to DAZN, his broadcasting rights were excluded from the original deal. Hence why his fights can be on any broadcaster that pays enough
