When I was on the radio in the Clinton years the favorite term used by my right-wing callers (who spoke of "black helicopters and the like) was "jackbooted government thugs" (this was after Waco and Ruby Ridge). They used that phrase CONSTANTLY. I wonder how they're feeling now?
