@tomalou46 @ghan_kleir @actsmaniac also just as a side note you're paid with a commodity we call money, not capital. capital is the buildings, the raw materials, the land, the labor, etc used in production. money is a commodity that is used as a universal equivalent to the exchange value of all other commodities

@__ffree @maoisthnvx_25 the footnotes are the best part. they're either an in depth exploration of some off hand comment he wrote, or a 3 page take down of a 1500s writer I've never heard of but Marx personally hates. no in between

@maoisthnvx_25 @dialecticPaige few are able to write (especially in vol 1) with such rigor and personality; the wit and insight in many of the footnotes alone qualifies him as one without many equals.
