📌 Les aspects négatifs de la république démocratique du Vietnam sous Hô Chi Minh (1945-1969) Réforme agraire radicale : ❝Les documents hongrois ne contiennent pas de données sur les victimes de chaque vague de réforme agraire, mais ils incluent des chiffres révélateurs de l'ampleur de la terreur. Par exemple, en décembre 1955, la campagne de réduction des loyers avait touché 7 775 386 personnes dans 1 875 xa (villages administratifs). Sur les 44 444 "propriétaires fonciers" identifiés par les cadres de la réforme agraire, 3 939 furent jugés publiquement ; parmi ces derniers, 1 175 furent exécutés. La seconde phase de la campagne (la réforme agraire proprement dite) avait touché 4 079 000 personnes dans 1 594 xa en décembre 1955, dont 18 738 furent "démasquées" comme "propriétaires fonciers" ayant réussi à se faire passer pour de riches paysans ou des paysans de la classe moyenne pendant les réductions de loyers. Ces "démasquages" ont conduit à 3 312 procès publics et à 162 exécutions. L'étape qui s'est déroulée au début de 1956 a peut-être fait plus de victimes que les précédentes, tant elle s'est avérée intense. And it has historically depended on trade relationships between countries how much of this is possible. I would also mention that banana and orange laborers are enormously abused in an unsustainable manner
