@digitalkyle @AmericanAir I don't get it. As an x-FA, the aircrafts are cleaned and the seat belts are crossed prior to boarding. The unidentified substance would have been found prior to boarding.

@digitalkyle @AmericanAir Was this reported to the in-flight crew at the time? What did they say? How does anyone know that the person taking the picture didn't simply spill water on purpose, photograph it, and is trying to get a refund from the airline as part of a scam?
