@hayasaka_aryan They won't think about that, or the raised prices because of loss of infrastructure. They think they're going to hurt a trillion dollar company when all they're going to do is help amazon agree to more automation and to remove the human factor as much as possible.

@rank0acri @FalconryFinance coerced nothing. job pays what it pays. you were told what it pays when you signed up for it. if it didn't pay enough for you, then you shouldn't have taken the job. if you can't manage to find other work while at this job, that's you failing, the rest of us earn living wages.

@BaxaHertin @FalconryFinance Sounds like you don't have room to complain about the low wage, maybe you should try working up through a system instead of getting to fry cook and then crying that the job intended for a 16 year old doesn't support a 40 year old.

@kayakestable you'd do them a bigger favor not helping, when they get hungry enough they'll be motivated to do what's necessary to fuel their comforts.

No pedí nada a cambio.

@WallStreetApes You can buy a bag of chicken, some seasoning, and some rice for $15.99 you don't need to pay that, you're choosing to. If you can't afford it, you can't afford it. you're mad at nothing.

A young American is raising a newborn — alone. She works 40 hours a week. She still can’t afford food. Miss one payment, and her doctor won’t see her. Childcare isn’t even an option. She’s working full-time — and still can’t keep her baby fed.

@ProudSocialist yeah that's now how this works they're just gunna let you stay poor, raise the prices even further, and then pay you less as you become more desperate. All you're doing is turning the 14 you couldn't live on and making it 0. all that shit is gunna roll right down hill.

“All you had to do was pay us enough to live” has become the working class’ new rallying cry. The time is now to fight for a new economy where wealth is distributed to workers instead of rich shareholders who never work a day in the factories, stores, shipyards, and warehouses.

I make $14 an hour in healthcare.... I did the right thing. I went to school. Paid for it out right. Worked hard. I have a second job. And I'm furthering my education while I work to make more money. My job isn't considered entry level. I'm below the poverty line. I recieve no assistance. But please. Tell me how poor people are just lazy and leeching. I'm a registered republican btw.

@KeiraTheFoxx @WhiteHouse I actually do agree with this and it's easy to solve too. You just RNG a photo verification of the person with a timer. If they can't provide a photo of the person matching the account in 20 seconds the account gets frozen from orders until they reverify. wont fix 100% but many

DoorDash, along with all delivery sites need to be vetted and audited, they are likely committing crime or at the very least abetting foreign criminals. Half the time the person you see doesnt match up with details given, they rarely speak English. I doubt their vetting process meets any sort of standard. And we have seen time and again delivery people, stealing food or worse robbing and even killing customers. The last thing these companies should be getting is government approval.

BREAKING: A worker died at an Amazon, $AMZN, warehouse in Oregon last week, per MorePerfectUnion. Employees were told to keep working for over an hour as the body remained on the floor. One manager told the workers, “Just turn around and not look. Let’s get back to work.”
