@JayDubcity16 Jason Schrier talked to a guy that means it's the truth
And you don't play exclusives you you just talk about them every single day day and night
You're on here not on Ps5
English

@LabDeadlyWeapon @RealPostFolder I'm not raging lmao it's a simple task and no not every digital game sorry but you keep doing this whataboutism
Steam is the biggest culprit and should be held accountable
I know you want to stand there defending them until you die. I get it
English

@PedoPanderer @RealPostFolder Yes, every digital game. So you're raging because Steam has been able to make great works, unlike its competitors, so the big different that you play to be needs copiums like that for your fake narratives.
English

@LabDeadlyWeapon @RealPostFolder Because steam is the one that set the precedent steam is the company everyone praises
Maybe we should realize what we are actually praising instead of using whataboutism
English

@PedoPanderer @RealPostFolder If your point is that people don't own the games that the buy, you should complain about that on all the plataforms, but why just Steam is being your target here?
English

@LabDeadlyWeapon @RealPostFolder Nope not every digital game..
Im not raging I'm literally telling you a valid criticism and you're justifying monopolies because you're a blank minded consumer
English

@PedoPanderer @RealPostFolder Again: every digital game, regardless of its plataform, is like that. EVERY. But good point at ignoring this because it suits you, once you need to keep raging on Steam.
English

@Personman119 @LabDeadlyWeapon @RealPostFolder Because they know steam has a monopoly..
And when they did customers complained...
Because you're Valve's army... Consumers who justify less choice simply because they like the monopoly they're in
Keep justifying it
English

@PedoPanderer @LabDeadlyWeapon @RealPostFolder That was because Bethesda decided to package it that way, if they wanted to they could've made their own launcher, they did what was convenient. There's nothing stopping today's devs from selling their games cheaper on other platforms they just don't.
English

@LabDeadlyWeapon @Personman119 @RealPostFolder Steam has no quality it's a store that people use because it's been around a long time other "competition" doesn't have the established user base like steam FORCED on people
You just like steam and refuse to criticize it at all.
Always the same with steam suckers
English

@PedoPanderer @Personman119 @RealPostFolder It's baseless. You're just falsely lobeling it as monopoly because your beloved options can't beat the Steam quality.
English

@LabDeadlyWeapon @RealPostFolder Steam DRM is a net negative so justify not owning things too good job
English

@PedoPanderer @RealPostFolder Every digital game requires a paid license for you to play it. This isn't Steam exclusivity.
English

@Personman119 @LabDeadlyWeapon @RealPostFolder It's not the best service it's just the service people were funneled into first
I bought a physical copy of Skyrim in 2011 and was FORCED to install steam and create an account just to play the game
That doesn't make it the best store
English

@PedoPanderer @LabDeadlyWeapon @RealPostFolder I personally think there's nothing wrong with a natural monopoly, it's not like they're stopping others from competing, they're just offering the best service and the best prices
English

@LabDeadlyWeapon @Personman119 @RealPostFolder It's not baseless you're just excusing a greedy monopoly because you like it.
Doesn't make them the best.
Microsoft windows, Google, and Nvidia are effective monopolies as well
PC is supposed to be an open platform for gaming not Valve's platform for gaming
English

@PedoPanderer @Personman119 @RealPostFolder In other words, you're just really bored and trying to kill time with a stupid argument based on baseless criticism. lol
English

@Personman119 @LabDeadlyWeapon @RealPostFolder Which is good for your own preferences.. But steam has had a stranglehold on pc for 20+ years
Theres no competition because everyone is playing catch up.
We shouldn't be praising effective monopolies
English

@PedoPanderer @LabDeadlyWeapon @RealPostFolder I do too, just steam sales are generally insane so my largest library is there and it's easily my favorite as a result of all the extra features and ease of use compared to the rest
English

@LabDeadlyWeapon @RealPostFolder It's not a fake narrative people on this platform defend steam until their dying breath acting as if they're the best not most opportunistic company
People yap all day about game ownership and yet nothing on steam you buy is yours.
It doesn't need to compete.. It's like Nvidia
English

@PedoPanderer @RealPostFolder And you're just a pseudo-differentiated who is just trying to make your fake narratives to be sold as true. Steam isn't monopoly, this already has been told countless times. It's just the best plataform who makes the best job among its competing.
English

@LabDeadlyWeapon @RealPostFolder It is Valve's fault they should do a better job of filtering reviews that don't meet standards
Absolving steam of all responsibilities just makes you look like you would justify anything they do
English

@PedoPanderer @RealPostFolder Not their fault. People are supposed to be enough mature to know which reviews they can take serious and wich ones they must not.
Steam reviews are good enough. The companies are the ones need to make available free demos for people to decide if they'll or won't buy their games.
English

@Personman119 @LabDeadlyWeapon @RealPostFolder Idk I use them all so I don't have a preference. I go where ever the game I want is the best price at the time I want to buy it
English

@AnAverageGamerX Sounds like Pokémon Scarlet and Violet which was justified as fun and ran terribly but sold over 20m copies becoming the 2nd best selling Pokémon game of all time
People will buy what they think is fun
English

My two cents: people need to stop hyping games off cinematic trailers alone.
So many rushed to buy this one purely out of hype and look at how they just made generational wealth in 24 hours while delivering a game with a lot of performance issues....
Poliwar@poliwa_93
Los usuarios de Steam ya están publicando sus primeras impresiones de Crimson Desert: - Los controles son horribles. - El combate esta mal diseñado. - La historia es muy aburrida. - Misiones genéricas y repetitivas. Es la mayor decepción de la generación.
English

@LabDeadlyWeapon @RealPostFolder And you're a collective hive mind unable to critically understand why steam being a near monopoly is a good thing.
English

@PedoPanderer @RealPostFolder Well, Vale doesn't do it, but, again, nobody is guilty if Vale does the best job. Vale worked hard for that. You're just a hipster trying to act unique with baseless opinions.
English

@AIWorkflowGuide @Pirat_Nation Sounds like their parents are the problem and it's not to do with game ratings
English

@Pirat_Nation i watched my nephew blow fifty bucks on "mystery crates" and the esrb thinks a label is the confusing part
English

@Pirat_Nation To be fair, the ESRB doesn't follow their own ratings system.
English

@Personman119 @LabDeadlyWeapon @RealPostFolder Steam store exclusivity on a platform like pc is a net negative imo
And many times publishers & devs don't want to list on gog due to the DRM free nature
Steam is convenient but far from the actual best because it has a lot of drawbacks
English

@PedoPanderer @LabDeadlyWeapon @RealPostFolder Yes you dont need it but is sure as hell makes it a lot easier, just click install and it does it automatically.
Stores like epic just have awful ui, slow load times with large libraries.
Gog is the only solid competitor in my opinion only held back by its lack of newer games
English

@LabDeadlyWeapon @RealPostFolder The reviews need improvement instead of hardware in reviews being opt in it should be mandatory
Many reviews of a game not working can possibly be because people don't have the required specs
English

@PedoPanderer @RealPostFolder But I arguie they are actually, because reviews are helpful to help people to decide to buy or not to buy a game. Ofc forums are niche, after all they're to each game, and this is useful for players to trade informations about the game.
