@Zlacher88 Not sure how you’re understanding this. There are laws that govern the universe, that are impersonal, i.e they operate without any agency or command, and randomness exists anyway, what else do you want to add or contend?

@drskeptick I'm not asking you if randomness exists. I'm asking why you would describe the mechanism responsible for the existence of the universe itself as random. We don't observe any rmechanisms that randomly do that within the universe.

“Who created the universe?” is a flawed question, presuming that everything must be “created” because humans create things, projecting that model onto reality. Natural processes are better understood through impersonal causal or law-governed relations than intentional creation.
