@brady_h Why would she need a hypertrophic effect the night before a competition? 🤔 Not arguing icing doesn’t blunt hypertrophy (it does) but it also decreases DOMS, and inflammation - both of which are a good thing prior to competition. Ice baths aren’t bad, when used properly.

Yes, this may well be one of the best finishes we’ll ever see. But, what isn’t seen is the graft and medical support undertaken behind the scenes to come back from such a debilitating injury. I couldn’t be happier for Tyrone. Humble, professional and wonderfully aerodynamic 🙌

@Trainwith_Ronz The issue I’ve found with the vests is that after 5-10 washes they loosen and the Hr data becomes irregular

@eddylea Some GPS vests are compatible with certain HR monitors. E.g Statsports have a vest where you clip the polar H10 monitor into it

S&C twitter … best heart rate straps for contact/collision sports? Polar H10/9 are garbage . Need some other options 🙏considering going back to the T31
