Spring is creeping in, but that’s no excuse to take your foot off the gas. Don’t blame student behavior, the weather, or the calendar—strong leadership and consistent expectations don’t take seasons off. Keep the standard high, stay locked in, and finish strong!

As a new administrator, I really appreciate Mr. Vaughan’s mentorship and his reminder to never forget the little things as leaders. Even if it means staying late to shovel sidewalks, it all makes a difference! (of course we know how to add a little humor and fun into it too 😂).
