@hillbillybase @girlsbian_ This makes literally no difference to me. I do not believe that whatever you mean by "sex" defines literally anything about a person other than their reproductive systems, and even then, there are people with much more complicated ones than you can imagine.

For the purposes of your interactions with other people, what kind of genitalia doctors thought they had at birth is irrelevant.
