@PiedrafitaMario Intervenir el mercado de la vivienda lo único que haría sería empeorarlo todo. El mercado no es la tierra de yupi, es el mercado y siempre funcionará así. Lo que podría, quizá, aliviar un poco el coste sería la construcción masiva de viviendas.

“Por culpa del Gobierno la gente no quiere tener casas, se las quita de encima”. Lo dice mientras se niega a intervenir el mercado de la vivienda. No se puede ser peor persona.

Destruir la escritura es un intento de aniquilar el pensamiento. Primero te acostumbraron a mirar videos cortos y afectaron tu capacidad de concentración, ahora te ponen una máquina en tu celular que escriba por vos. Cuánto más idiota la población, mejor pueden dominarla.

@Solanaenie De nuevo: no. Es responsabilidad de los docentes, escuelas y universidades adaptarse en proponer tareas para hacer que escriban y a la vez desarrollen su potencial mucho mas que antes con IA. Eso de las elites que mencionas es puro sectarismo.

Escribir no es un trabajo mecánico, es el resultado del pensamiento. Ahora los alumnos de cualquier nivel educativo saben que disponen de una tecnología gratuita que puede escribir por ellos, que el esfuerzo por pensar y ordenar ideas es optativo. Tienen la posibilidad de delegar sus obligaciones académicas en una máquina. Hay un tiempo que pueden ahorrarse con esta tecnología. Serán ellos los más perjudicados. No era suficiente con bajar el nivel educativo, la elite inventó una "herramienta" que puede hacer las tareas escolares por los alumnos. Ese segmento será el más perjudicado. Lo que no se ejercita...

Why is the AI backlash growing? Outside of coding (where there is clear value), and a handful of other domains (e.g. brainstorming), Generative AI has been a net negative for society. GenAI has been undermining secondary and college education, opening up mass surveillance, increasing disinformation, delusions, impersonation, phishing, and other forms of cybercrime, nonconsensual deep fake porn, bias in employment and other domains, and economic disparity, drowning the world in slop and unwanted, over-leveraged environment-damaging data centers that risk causing a recession. Simultaneously it has empowered a bunch of people who want to privatize almost all the gains while leave all the downsides to society, taking almost zero responsibility. I don’t think we are better off than we were four years ago. Some of this is technical (LLMs aren’t reliable), some of it is political/economic (such as the utter lack of responsible regulation). Most of this was predictable. Almost none of it is good. All that said, I honestly believes some future form of AI might be great. But Generative AI has hurt more than it has helped, and been managed irresponsibly. It’s no wonder many people have had enough.
