Remember Otzi the Ice Man from Europe, found in the Alps near the border between Austria and Italy in the early 1990's? His body had been naturally frozen and preserved for over 5000 years! Numerous DNA tests were run. Everyone was anxious to find out what a European man from the late Neolithic / early Copper Age looked like. From a combination of genetics and the physical evidence, a lifelike reconstruction of Otzi was made. The original reconstruction shows a fair-skinned, red-haired, bearded, bare-chested Otzi wearing bearskin pants and holding a wooden staff. Pictures have been posted all over the Internet for decades. They're perfectly consistent with what is known of the area and its archaeology. But hold the phone. A new DNA analysis has been run on Otzi's body. Apparently, it was contaminated by at least ten (10) other individuals who all left their DNA on his ancient corpse, ostensibly including those who found and retrieved it, examined it, and subjected it to scientific testing. Voila, the new reconstruction has finally been revealed, and it's damning. Little wonder, in this age of cultural appropriation, that we've also been guilty of case after dastardly case of genetic appropriation as well. It has now been conclusively proven that Otzi had hiked all the way to the Alps straight from Zimbabwe! But relax, Europeans. I'm living testimony that you have nothing to fear. I'm doing just fine even though many of the British royals in my family tree have also been outed as negroes by the BBC and its affiliates. I've encountered so many of these revelations that I sometimes find myself staring at the mirror, waiting to turn a dark shade of brown. No matter who you think you are, you can't outrun the truth. You can take a White boy out of the jungle, but ... well, just have a look.
