I said not to be surprised if it happens.
If her devices weren't taken, it's because what she shared is not legitimate evidence from the trial. There is no law against sharing fake things and calling them real.
I have reached out to parties in the trial about it and have not received a response back yet.

This is one of hundreds of lists that I have been added to on X.
Most of them appear to be ran by bots. Some of them by bad actors. If X wants to solve the bot problem, they should start here.
Why do these lists exist? Simply put, to suppress information, autoreply with dissenting opinions, and to push false narratives.
It goes well beyond targeted harassment. Foreign influence operations are everywhere.

I've already discussed it, and sure, I have no problem going over it again.
That was based on the first video or two that I saw of the event that day. Following, when I got more information, I changed my opinion based on facts and evidence.
I addressed this on the Charlie Kirk show, and I have spoken about it previously. This isn't some crazy "gotcha".
It's a sign of rational thinking.

How can someone who claims to be "America 1st" NOT BE CONCERNED if he is giving a platform to a Russian intelligence officer who spends the vast majority of the entire show spitting lies about American patriots?

So now we're just going to ignore the Maidan revolution facilitated by USAID and Victoria Nuland in 2014, which saw ethnic Russians in Ukraine lose their rights, and ultimately caused the Donbass region to sue for autonomy which than started the civil war that ultimately led up to what's happening today.
Instead let's all pretend there was no US-facilitated revolution in 2014 of the the Euroskeptic Ukrainian government that was neutral to both the US and Russia (which I guess makes them "pro-Russia") and that Russia decided one day to just annex Crimea, which somehow it managed to do without any bloodshed whatsoever.

That answer is quite simple, and it is substantiated by your response that was designed to instill fear that the USA would do such a thing, and that it would cause nuclear warfare.
As you stated at the event in Moscow in 2015, where you were paid $45k to be seated beside Putin and to give a speech, Iran “cannot continue to go the way it’s going”.
You, of all people, know the strain that the war in Iran has placed on Russia and China. Neither of which is friendly to the USA, yet you continue to push the old KGB narrative of "acceptance of coexistence as the only alternative to atomic war".
Would I support the assassination of a dictator who unjustifiably invaded a sovereign country for economic reasons, committed a genocide in said country, has assisted and funded foreign terror organizations such as Hezbollah (alongside the IRGC), and is continuing to support the targeting and killing of US service members abroad? Yes, I would.
Do I think the USA should be the one to pull the trigger? No.

Yes. In September 2021 at a Nebraska church event, Flynn led a prayer that closely matched one by Elizabeth Clare Prophet, leader of the Church Universal and Triumphant (widely described as a New Age doomsday cult). It included phrases about "sevenfold rays," "archangels," and remaining "freeborn." Flynn said it was a prayer to St. Michael.
