Here in Altadena after meeting with survivors of the #EatonFire. We’re expanding our ongoing special session to provide $2.5B in disaster relief for those impacted by the LA fires. We’re helping people get back on their feet and kids back into their schools as soon as possible.

As a victim of the 2025 California Fire Storm, I hereby give all climatologists and climate activists permission to use this catastrophe to push for global climate action. I personally am dealing with lots of emergencies on the ground and can't, but please give it your all.

One item to note this morning – Milton continues to hew just a bit south of computer model guidance. That's why I think folks in Port Charlotte, Fort Myers and Cape Coral, particularly along the north side of Charlotte Harbor, should prepare for possible greater impacts.
