@C_Boeckman I love how Pleta grew as the season went on. He strikes me as a guy who will want to be that typical Euro-big that wants to play on the perimeter and could develop a three-shot over the summer.

Now that we are in the everyone runs the same stuff mode we miss when schools had a distinct styles: Kansas secondary, Carolina 4 corners, Wisconsin Swing, Nova 4 out motion, Indiana motion, Iowa flex, Gonzaga ball screen offense. What other ones am I missing?

@PurdueBballGuy The conference tournaments have no bearing on seeding. Purdue will be a 3rd regardless of winning the conference tournament. Not saying its right, but that's how they do it. Purdue screwed themselves by finishing where they did in the regular season.

@TheRev1388 Texas Tech obviously isn’t complaining because it’s a home game for them.
I didn’t complain, either. I went. But it would be cool to have it in Vegas and then BYU could enjoy a home field advantage.
I see nothing wrong with rotating cities. Seems quite fair, actually.

I’ve never seen more bitching from fanbases about KC having the tournament, TX, Fl, AZ, UT, WV teams all chose to join the Big 8, don’t like u can leave.
U don’t hear the midwestern teams bitch about having to go to Dallas for football. Conference tournaments don’t even matter

For what it’s worth, I don’t think Vegas should be a permanent home for the tournament of the football championship. With the conference spreading from Arizona to WV it makes more sense to me to have a rotating schedule and avoid home cities

@AfterDarkCF I’m sorry, but nobody whose school is 3 hours from the location gets to chastise fans for not being able to afford $800 flights and 5 nights in the limited overpriced hotels of KC. You guys pile 6 guys in a car and get there for $40. It costs 6 Arizona fans $4800
