Friday marked my last day at @Blizzard_Ent. I’m grateful to have directed and contributed to many cinematics with some outstanding teams over the past 20(!!!) years. I’m excited to see what the Story & Franchise team does next. As for me, I’m on to a new adventure. More to come.

Just deleted @doordash from my phone. Will never use them again (directly). We tend to get @pizzahut (quick and convenient when lazy). Several times in the last year or so (at least 3) the pizza never showed up. You call after 30m to an hour to complain. PizzaHut seems to use Door Dash on lots of deliveries now. DD asks for a pin and I have no idea what they are talking about. They always seems confused. Nobody ever expands on the issue at the door. Has happened several times. Also we ask that the pizza is just "leave at door". No need to talk to people. Just drop it off and go. Turns out DD does this after consumers have a history of saying food never arrived. I guess we are flagged as a high risk delivery now that needs verification. So now I have to go to the door and talk to a person, then be asked for a PIN and I'm like "what pin?". So, goodbye Door Dash. Forever. Your algo needs tuning. We will probably stop using Pizza Hut too because they use Door Dash.
