@RaenestApp I have my Wellsfargo account linked to my Amazon kdp account which I have closed and there’s no way I can access the account to change the bank…… What happen to my money when Amazon send me payable on 20th of this month, will I be able to get my hard earn money please?

Hi Raenest, you updated my account details and asked me to update them on all payment platforms, which I did. However, itunes still sent my payment to the old account. Please help investigate and advise on how I can recover the funds. @RaenestHQ @RaenestApp

Good morning CT, please, I need your help, I made a deposit to @RaenestApp Usd (Wells fargo ) last Friday, and on sunday, they changed the account. Now, I am supposed to receive the deposit on the 4th of June to the Wells fargo account. However, I have reached out to their customer support, and they have not been responsive. Help tag and share so I can get a quick response!!!

This move by raenest is not the best especially with the timing, what's wrong with giving at least one month notice beforehand. This will affect a lot.

Hello @RaenestApp As far as I’m concerned, it is wrong for any transition like this to happen without at least two months’ prior notice — let alone changing my account details at the end of the month. So many submissions have already been made with my Wells Fargo account details

@FavourYusuf1 @nonyelumonochie Hi There, Kindly be informed that any successful payment already in progress will still be received successfully on previous account, as Wells Fargo USD account will stop receiving payments on May 23rd. Thank you.

IMPORTANT UPDATE‼️ If you use @RaenestApp, please pay attention to this. So, @RaenestApp updated every user’s USD account details. What that means is that if you use Raenest to collect payment from upwork, fiverr, Amazon, or any other platform, even your direct client, your bank details have changed. There should be an mail in your inbox explaining it, but I’ll give you a breakdown. Effective immediately, your previous USD account details are no longer visible in the app. HOWEVER, the old account details will still work until May 23rd (Saturday). To get a new USD account, just log into the app, and under USD, click, “Get account” You’ll answer a couple of KYC questions and upload a statement of account and then you get your new USD account. This is especially important for Upwork account users. New bank details take 3 days to become active, so if you don’t add your bank details today, you’ll have to wait till either Monday/Tuesday for your account to be ready, and with the old accounts expiring on Saturday, you might not be able to withdraw for a couple of days. This is completely unsponsored BTW, but I made the tweet because quite a number of people use @RaenestApp because I recommended them. Please RT and send to anyone you know that uses @RaenestApp.

@RaenestApp Regarding the ongoing update, I have a processed payment from a closed Amazon account expected to drop on the 29th. What happens if my Raenest account is updated before then, since I can’t access the Amazon account to make changes or file a complaint?
