American families are getting hammered by prices at the meter and the pump. And they know who to blame: Donald Trump. Clean energy means lower bills, good-paying jobs, and an economy built to last. Trump needs stop trying to keep us shackled to dirty, expensive energy.

@NewsHour Hi PBS, have you considered posting the truth instead of some warped version of it that dismisses them firing weapons at law enforcement and ended a person's life?

@AGOWA Now say that again but substitute "The states" for “The Postal Service". That feels better, right?

@GovBobFerguson This is the dumbest shit I've ever seen. Are the tribes giving the state access to the casino's revenues in return?

Honored to join Chairman Sterud and Puyallup Tribal leadership today to sign a first-of-its-kind compact giving Puyallup Tribal law enforcement officers access to the state’s law enforcement officers’ and fire fighters’ retirement pension plan. Compacts like this were made possible by Rep. Julio Cortes’ HB 1481, supporting Tribes in their efforts to maintain an experienced police force. Thank you to the Puyallup Tribe for their hospitality hosting this historic event.

NEW: Families of the 8 convicted protestors at the Texas immigration center shooting that wounded a police officer speak out after they are sentenced to decades in prison. Benjamin Song was convicted to 100 years in federal prison for attempted murder after opening fire and hitting an officer at the Prairieland Detention Center in Alvarado. The 7 other guilty protesters, who have ties to ANTIFA, were sentenced to between 30 and 70 years in prison. “He (Benjamin Song) will never accept responsibility for a lie, a government lie made to prosecute innocent people in order to get political persecutions, which they are now using as a blueprint to prosecute innocent people all over the country as domestic terrorists, which they are not.”

@washingtonpost What a shit headline. The 8 people attacked an ICE facility with firearms. There was no protesting happening and nothing "turned violent". It was a premeditated attack that left one foreign person deceased.

"When you are 87 Million dollars in the hole, you can't just pretend money grows on trees." That is Seattle Public Schools Superintendent Ben Shuldiner on the district's nearly 9 figure budget shortfall. He says that "everything is on the table" including admin layoffs and school closures. He also promises to include parents in the discussions, which is a MAJOR departure from the status quo at SPS. As if these changes weren't enough; he's pushing to add better security measures to schools. After a decade plus of failure at Seattle Schools, are we finally seeing a turnaround towards common sense? @NatalieFahmy | @komonews 'Layoffs, school closures on table as Seattle Public Schools navigates budget shortfall' Article: komonews.com/news/local/sea…
