@kristinaennis Make a hospital friend, someone visiting a loved one who seems to be spending as much time there as you. Make plans for coffee/breakfast/lunch in the hospital. It will be a reprieve while you’re close. I did this when my baby girls were in the NICU for 6 months. It helped.

Tell me your unhinged ways to feel better or rested when you have someone close to you who is really sick. Not just drink water and eat food. Diabolical things that calmed your brain. Ex. Understanding the vent screen and which beeping is okay helps while I’m there 💁🏻‍♀️
