Wind and solar energy are in no way "carbon free" or "emissions free". In fact, they are merely mid-range with respect to carbon emissions. Hydroelectric is far greener, for example, to say nothing of nuclear energy. I am criticized for pointing it out. lemire.me/blog/2019/08/1…
