@wesstreeting please do listen as promised NHSE is crippled with bureaucracy which prevents us doing our jobs. Can’t even inspire people to want to work in health as not allowed! @WidenPartNW wanting to do a good job please help.

@JeremyVineOn5 The medical apprenticeship is the same degree as undergraduate it is a degree apprenticeship and I know as I’m leading on it in NW for NHSE. Doesn’t help to make it sound like a second class route to medicine 😞

@bt_uk Someone is supposed to be dealing with it but just passing buck to manufacturer of phones! Still being charged full price for a system which does not work

@bt_uk are you serious sending an email saying your fault has been fixed when I am still trying to sort an issue started in February

@bt_uk oh look at email just received are you having a laugh says your fault is fixed! No it isn’t and you know that worst customer service ever

@bt_uk Oh I have several been going on since February never been resolved told by engineer last week these digital phones are rubbish and advised to buy analogue at our own cost! Three soon to be 4 handsets. Managers promising to sort it out and phone me back with no contact.

@bt_uk the most appalling customer service I have ever experienced lies lies and more lies. Digital phone systems don’t work 3 faulty handsets later still no phone but happy to take our money
