Imagine if Naheed Nenshi had spent his time as Mayor of Calgary making sure residents had a secure water supply, vibrant downtown, low taxes and safe streets… We can and should take on multiple issues at once, including protecting our largest provincial tourist attraction and the businesses that support it from over zealous city bureaucrats.

To the unvaccinated. Never forget that many of the people who called themselves the smartest in the room chose to take or publicly supported an experimental shot with limited or no data. I understand first hand how much fear, pressure, and manipulation existed during the COVID era. My issue was never that people made a different medical choice than I did as well as many others. They had a choice, and so did we unvaccinated. The difference is that many of us unvaccinated never wished harm on the vaccinated for their decision, yet countless unvaccinated people were mocked, shamed, excluded, and treated as if they didn’t deserve basic respect. That’s something I will never forget, and it is not something I can easily forgive

I've noticed if you want to make a doctor's appointment for certain doctors who are specialists, it takes months to get an appointment. I know someone who needs to see an ENT, they couldn't get an appointment till October. When I called February to make my routine GYN appointment they couldn't see me until this June. I heard other people say their doctors are doing the same. What are we starting to do, Canadian healthcare?

I’m 52. Haven’t been to a doctor since 2019. So many people tell me I should go for a checkup. I feel fine and don’t trust the current medical system. So I’ll pass on a “well visit”.

Is everyone in Europe dehydrated? Nobody carries water bottles. Water is expensive everywhere and not free at most restaurants. Bathrooms are scarce and often cost money to use. My theory is everyone is ok with this bleak situation because they’re all massively dehydrated, rarely pee, and don’t know the glory of what 1+ gallons of water consumed per day feels like to the human body.

And the United States already owns half of it for free.
