We could solve many of the NHS money problems in a trice. Sack ALL ‘Diversity’ Officers and any other non jobs. Make ALL foreigners pay for their treatment. Do NOT pay for interpreters. Non English speakers must brings friend or family who can. There. That’s a few £billion saved.

I‘ll be voting @reformparty_uk in the GE. I have seen the UK hit rock bottom over the past 25 years and economic migrants are to blame. Tories and Labour will not stop it. Anyone who can remember NHS dentists, getting a NHS operation, and being able to buy a house should too.
