@SW_Help Hi. Is London to Weymouth a particularly violent route? We're getting reminded over & over not to abuse staff. Feels a bit OTT. Last month at Poole I was reminded 3 times in 10mins. Not really very welcoming for a travel business. Generic UK train problem this, I know.
