I'm reviewing a book as an external reviewer (not going to advertise it here). The book itself is actually rather good, with lots of interesting content, except for two things. First, every chapter has a long intro that seems like it was generated by ChatGPT, with all those dive/delve/embark verbs. Second, if a code example is followed by a step-by-step explanation, I bet this explanation is also AI-generated. It's too wordy. Is this something we, as technical book lovers, are going to experience more frequently? Disclaimer. This text has been proofread by ChatGPT. It also removed "shit" from the original "shit verbs" to make me sound more professional. Thanks, ChatGPT.
