They won't tell you how good was Stevie Ray Vaughan but I will. This is your reminder. A 1980 clip of SRV, his raw, distorted, and extremely loud stratocaster, at the 1st Tornado Jam in Lubbock.

New category emerging: Headless SaaS Not infrastructure as a service / platform as a service Traditional software (Photoshop, Slack, Jira) rebuilt with agent-first APIs. - No UI - Programmatic access - Essentially the same product with different interface Entirely new business model.

Years ago, someone asked me to compare... Rio de Janeiro 🇧🇷 vs. Cartagena 🇨🇴 + Santa Marta 🇨🇴 I straight up started laughing, and the guy got a bit offended Then I explained: There's nothing outside of Brazil in *ALL* of Latin America that can come close to competing with a beach city like Rio de Janeiro NOTHING

AI slop is modern tech debt. If you start your project with AI, you will end up with slop. But I have also seen AI struggle to keep best practices in existing codebases, with good structure.

@dieworkwear there is a lot to do with age in this kind of behaviour. Getting old and possibly wise make people be less rigid or maybe simply less passionate aboit new things.

something i've noticed is that people who are new to something — whether it's tailored clothing or catholicism — are often very rigid and dogmatic in their thinking. much more zealous than people who have been into it for a while. not sure what causes this.
