@Teeniiola Thats tge reason why Sowore chose not to call him over the phone. His stance is that “sending B-Lord to prison is not a victory for legal brilliance or advocacy. Rather, it risks emboldening a system of oppression that weaponizes the law against citizens.

You want opposition unity? Then build it on ideas, records, and accountability, sowore has been spitting fact not on "do not touch our sacred figures or we will cancel you." Sowore isn't your employee. He's not under contract to praise Obi or your Otti. If his criticism stings, maybe examine why it lands instead of rushing to set up ring lights for damage control videos. Una go hear pansa pansa @PeterObi was a failure as Governor and a package MMM Fraud. This is a fact go and verify

Support a socialist. Our people will still give reason to frolics with people of questionable character masquerading as the new messiah. When will we be brave to have a mind our our own and vote based on conviction and not forming a new messiah from where it doesn’t exist.

@InibeheEffiong Why are the new member trying to create a faction when their’s none? The party already have a constitution and theres provision for who emerges as the national chairman. Why are the new members not wanting to abide by the existing constitution that go governs the party?

The ADC is not my cup of tea, but there is now reasonable basis to infer existence of a well orchestrated sinister conspiracy to truncate contested and credible elections in 2027. From what is publicly available, all the Executives of the ADC resigned to allow David Mark and Aregbesola to emerge as the National Chairman and the National Secretary respectively. The man who took the case to the court, Nafiu Gombe, claims that he did not resign as Deputy National Chairman, and that he ought to have automatically assumed the position of National Chairman “in line with the Party’s Constitution”. Interestingly, the ADC held a National Executive Committee where the party ratified its new leadership led by Mark. So, what’s the controversy here? Is dispute over the leadership of a political party no longer the internal affairs of the political party? It used to be the law that issues of political party leadership is non justiciable, or forum domesticum. A Party’s NEC has the authority to decide who should lead the party. If the ADC says they want another person to assume that role instead of the Deputy National Chairman, can the Court compel the same Party to submit to its Deputy? Is this dispute justiciable? Also, the Court of Appeal said the parties should maintain status quo ante bellum. This means the state of affairs before the suit before the Federal High Court was filed by the Claimant. Before the suit, who was the Chairman of the Party? Was it not David Mark? Is this INEC saying that the Order of the Court of Appeal implies that there should be leadership vacuum in the ADC until the case is determined by the Federal High Court? Whose script is this INEC playing? It seems that the ruling party, which prides itself as having over thirty governors in its fold, is so scared of a fair contestation. If it is the desire of INEC for Bola Tinubu to contest as a sole candidate - unopposed, in 2027, let the Commission say so publicly. It will save the country the billions of Naira budgeted for the ‘presidential election’.

@TheIOShowa They don’t want to take responsibility of their action and inaction. It is the masses they’ve never cared about that they want to rile up as collateral damage in the political elite fight

In 2021 up to June 2022, as AAC members, we engaged in several actions, including the #OCCUPYINEC protests that occupied INEC offices nationwide to resist the illegal imposition of a usurper as our party chairman. Obidients dismissed us as jokers, distractors, and time-wasters while endorsing INEC’s irregularities. The difference is this: while we fought to reclaim our party from an illegal usurper, those who mocked us are now attempting a hostile takeover of the very structure they decamped to. Another stark contrast: we in the @aacparty refused to appear helpless; we resisted with such resolve that INEC itself regretted its actions. They, however, are crying helplessly across social media, waiting for others to champion their cause. Today, the same forces of illegality they once cheered now consume them, proving that the injustice one tolerates today becomes one’s affliction tomorrow. The difference is clear: we fight for conscience and the sacred trust reposed in us by the people. We share our ideology, ideals, and philosophy openly, never through imposition or hostile takeover, unlike the Obidients. Join us @aacparty aacparty.com #RevolutionNow

Aggrieved members of the party, how are they treated. If all of this loopholes exist because of greed. Fix your homes before blaming others for your irresponsiveness.

You people hijacked a political party through the back door and expected existing members not to be aggrieved. Why is it so difficult to put your house in order? The leadership role you ppl shared among yourself, was it done in accordance of the party constitution?

For those who believe the Itsekiri people oppose the creation of Anioma State, that is simply not true. We stand in full support. We have actively joined efforts to lend our voice and contribute to this cause. Today, we were present at the National Assembly showing that support. Delta State, as it stands, has failed its people and should never have been created in the first place.

Obi: Why I’ll work with Malami, @elrufai despite corruption allegations Peter Obi, 2023 presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), says he will work with every member of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in spite of the corruption allegations against them. Speaking on Saturday on Magic FM in Aba, Abia state, Obi said getting closer to them offers him an opportunity to change them positively if they are guilty. @PeterObi cited Jesus Christ in the Bible, whom he said associated with prostitutes and tax collectors while on earth, to change them positively. “When Jesus came here, his friends were tax collectors and prostitutes because it’s all part of what he was trying to change. It was all part of what he was trying to build as a person,” Obi said. thecable.ng/obi-why-ill-wo…

True talk, privatisation is supposed to elicit quality service availability and accessibility at all times and NOT the other way round!
hoe_one☥@hoeone_

@SabinaNkiru @harrisonJNIOR You need to understand that it is the 2023 electricity act that gives state the power to generate electricity independently on their own. And The Geometric power limited privately owned by Prof Berth Nnaji. If it’s a state owned. Privatization is solely business
