It would it come to that if the person being detained did not resist. Easiest way to avoid this is by complying with the commands of someone in an authoritative position. But you are trying to be sympathetic to a possible criminal instead of sympathizing with a police officer who is trying to do his job and go home to his family.

This man is clearly mentally unwell and is actively going through addiction, but is surrounded by a team of people using him for money and a chat that is full of people encouraging his deranged behavior. I hope his family intervenes or something and gets him the help he clearly needs. Kick is a fucking cesspool for allowing this behavior on the platform. It's clear he has substance abuse problems, and they're just letting him stream on the platform. He could have died, and that is exactly why the current streaming culture needs to end. He needs rehab and extensive therapy. He should not be given a platform to continue his destructive behaviors. I do hope he recovers and takes this as a wake-up call to get help.

I was in the courtroom for Johnny Somali’s verdict. The second he walked in, his eyes were completely dead and lifeless. Zero trolling, zero antics toward the press and creators. He wouldn’t even look at us. He knew he was screwed. And he was so desperate that he lied about still being an ASU student (he already graduated) and tried to say that he missed his family lol. Sad. Hope harassing Koreans and being a public nuisance was worth the hard labor and prison time. But I hope that the prosecutor appeals because 6 months is not enough. WE WANT THE MAXIMUM SENTENCE! Good luck Johnny!
