@iansummer1 GP drop in centres? The Gps we have can't cope already and huge waiting lists to see consultants too. 60 weeks for ENT is outrageous and I'm sure there's worse.

@iansummer1 A 2.33% profit level is not ‘soaring’ Do tell me, if Tesco decides to stop selling say rice and eggs (because the policy is unworkable), will ScotGov also force companies to sell them? They are excellent soviet examples of state controlled food supply of course… err, Cuba?

@Wringcliff Supermarkets whose profits have soured since the start of the cost of living crisis. I don’t think they will somehow end up in liquidation any time soon. The rise of NI has had more impact but still they make eye watering profits.

@iansummer1 Capping essential food prices. Done by forcing supermarkets they have to sell not just basics at a loss, but more & more pricey versions if they sell out too. Such good policy, so well thought thru! Cant wait for the queues across the border to buy bread from tescos in Berwick 😭
