@nickbakeddesign Started going to the gym after a year-long break and hurt my shoulders. Now that I've fully recovered, I'm taking my warm-up very seriously.

I’m not super active and I spend most of time at my desk - so I decided to start playing some tennis and pickle ball after 2 hrs of pickle ball yesterday, I couldn’t walk. Today I was told that I hurt my herniated disc in the lower lumbar area no more pickle ball or tennis for 6-8 weeks, I cannot even sit or stand or sleep for long - has anyone gone this before? Need some advice, it’s hurts!
