@AmericanAir When you were US Airways you cared about customers. We missed our connecting flight because of 'weather delays' when other flights still departed from the same origination. Now we have to rebook and rent a car with no accountability on your part lots of lies.
Weather doesn't have to be thunderstorms or snow, something visual that we can see. It can be other factors such as wind gusts at the take-off or landing zone or on the flight route that may prohibit the pilot from departing or arriving safely. The safety of our customers and our entire crew is of utmost importance, and we can’t apologize enough for the inconvenience caused.
