Příroda není osoba - nemůže vlastnit. Bůh sice může, ale prakticky to nedělá - lidé mají zjevnou svobodu nakládat se svým tělem, tedy ho vlastní.

I dont think so, I think its more about pragmatism that Torvalds has chosen for monolithic rather than theoritical microkernel design. the messaging between services also introduce new vulnerabilites which are ofc apple been doing great to mitigate them but, each has it flaws

@Posledniskaut Francie - 1 rok vězení; Británie - několik let vězení, Německo - pokuta do 5000 €, Rusko a Bělorusko za držení vězení do 2 let, za neoprávněné použití 10-15 let.

Doporučil bych Rajchlovi zažít, co by se mu stalo, kdyby mu teleskop našli v autě v Německu. Nebo Rakousku. Tam by dopadl ale ještě dobře, asi by vyvázl jen s pokutou. To třeba v Belgii mají nulovou toleranci a ve Švýcarsku potřebujete dokonce speciální povolení k nabytí zbraně.

@Daniel233118 She can be both aggressor and victim. It's lawful defense to stop an assault, which he did with the first push as she fell to the ground. Him then kicking her was just revenge and beginning of new assault. They should both be punished for assault.

@SanguisCristi @AIDRIVR Huh, that sounds horrible. Are others honking at them? Around here, I don't see much of this - some do make calls and stuff but it's uncommon. Biggest problems are road rages or incompetence (going too slow, being too scared to enter cross section, etc)

@itguy_david @AIDRIVR I don't drive in Europe, so I'm not sure. Your mileage may vary. I'm being generous when i term you that 33% of the drivers are NOT focused on anything, and an even larger percentage lack a proper mindset that inconvenient others is wrong. These are the people i target.

@SanguisCristi @AIDRIVR Is that what actually happens though? No one likes to wait in queues so those in front will usually want to be ready go ASAP. BTW crossing full line is serious offense in most of Europe (do it repeatedly and you lose license, much like with speeding) and so is looking at phone.
