AI ไม่ได้แค่ “มาแรง” แต่มันกำลัง “เขียนกติกาใหม่ของโลกงาน” นี่คือ 9 ประเด็นจาก 9arm ที่น่าสนใจ (เนื้อหาเต็มๆฟังได้ที่ช่อง 9 arm) 1. งาน Junior หายจริง ตำแหน่งระดับเริ่มต้นลดลง 25–30% เพราะ AI ทำแทนงานพื้นฐานได้แล้ว 2. 1 คน + AI = ทั้งทีม Senior 1 คนใช้ AI ทำงานได้เทียบเท่า Senior 3–5 คน 3. AI แทน “แรง” ไม่แทน “สมอง” งานที่ต้องลงมือทำ (Mechanical) โดนแทนก่อน แต่งานคิด วิเคราะห์ ยังสำคัญ 4. ปัญหาใหญ่คือ ไม่มี Junior ก็จะไม่มี Senior เมื่อไม่มีคนเริ่มต้น อนาคตจะขาดคนเก่งระยะยาว 5. บริษัทโฟกัส “กำไรตอนนี้” ไม่สนอนาคตแรงงาน ลดคน แล้ว เอาเงินไปลงทุน AI 6.คนใช้ AI เก่ง ได้เปรียบมาก => เงินเดือนสูงขึ้น => ทำงานเร็วขึ้น => และมีโอกาสรอดมากกว่า 7. AI จะถูกลงและเก่งขึ้นเรื่อยๆ ตัวแพง = เก่งมาก ตัวฟรี = ตามทัน ~80% Local AI = ใช้ที่บ้านได้ อนาคต ของถูกก็จะ “ดีพอ” สำหรับงานจริง 8. การศึกษาต้องเปลี่ยน ไม่ใช่สอนให้ “ทำเอง” แต่ต้องสอนให้ “ใช้ AI ทำเป็น” Entry Level ใหม่ = ใช้ AI สร้างงานได้ทันที 9. สุดท้าย “งานไม่หาย แต่เปลี่ยน” คนยังจำเป็น แต่ต้องเป็นคนที่: ใช้ AI เป็น , คิดเป็น และ รับผิดชอบงานได้ สรุปง่ายๆเลยคือ AI ไม่ได้มาแทนคุณ แต่มาแทน “คนที่ไม่ปรับตัว” #9arm #AI
