@Nick_Wellings @HenMazzig You keep confusing explanation with justification. Saying civilians die in wars is not the same as saying civilian deaths are acceptable. I’ve repeatedly said I don’t support the murder of civilians. You keep pretending I haven’t. Go and rest. You have no argument.

“You are in this room to debate whether my family gets to live or die. And quite frankly— I do not require your permission. Not anymore.” I stood at the Oxford Union tonight against Prof. Ilan Pappé, Dr Ghda Karmi, Sami Hamdi, and David Hearst. Here is what I said 👇

@IDF These dickheads are at it again - manufacturing their evidence and making movies whilst they occupy and destroy other countries. The savages in the IDF need to be arrested and put in prison.

‼️EXPOSED: An underground Hezbollah terror tunnel, under the village of Majdal Zoun, containing hundreds of weapons and 4 launch shafts aimed at Israel. The tunnel is 200+ meters long and 25+ meters deep, and contains 4 launch shafts and 12 rooms, including living quarters and rooms used to store explosive devices, anti-tank missiles and UAVs. During the operation, 20+ Hezbollah terrorists were eliminated and 50+ terrorist infrastructure sites were dismantled, including observation posts and weapons storage facilities.

@IDF We are not stupid. @IDF must be designated a terrorist organization. @netanyahu occupies Lebanon, a country with no Air Force no navy no nothing, steals their land, grapes and kills their women and children, but complains about Lebanese with little rockets to defend themselves.

Oh FFS, dimwit. That’s a bit of a leap… Saying “it’s a war” is not the same as saying “anything goes.” If you believe specific actions constitute war crimes, make that case. Accusing me of supporting the murder of children because I acknowledge the existence of a war is intellectually lazy. But I suppose you can’t rise above that. More’s the pity.

@jacpem @Scott2Alexander @HenMazzig No, it means you excuse targeted murder of non combatants, ambulances, children, people at aid stations and cafes, triple tapping rescue sites, using hunger as a weapon, bombing displacement camps. "it's war" really does mean you are pro murder of children.

@LionsOfZion_ORG You should get out of Lebanon and pay all the damage that you made. You should take off uniforms and rebuild or build again all the houses that you destroyed And then you should go home and leave the WORLD alone EVERYBODY IS SICK of YOU

Right now, at least 100 Hezbollah terrorists are trapped inside a strategic tunnel. The IDF controls every exit above them. Iran’s pressure is trying to make Israel fold and save the terrorists and the tunnel. U.S. pressure isn’t working so far. What should be done?

No, “it’s a war” doesn’t mean anything and everything goes. It means civilians die in wars, especially when one side embeds fighters, weapons and command centres among civilians. Calling everyone who disagrees with you a “babykiller cheerleader” is easier than addressing the reality that this war was started by people who deliberately targeted civilians on 7 October and continue to hide among civilians today. Condemning Hamas doesn’t make me pro-dead children. This might be too much for your tiny brain to comprehend.

Defend themselves against what, exactly? Palestinians have every right to seek self-determination and security. What they do not have is the right to deliberately target civilians. And no, Israel does NOT do that - they WARN civilians to evacuate areas where there will be bombing. Suicide bombings, rocket attacks, kidnappings and massacres are not “self-defence.” They are acts of terrorism. There have been multiple opportunities for negotiated settlements over the decades, yet Palestinian leadership has repeatedly chosen violence over compromise. Electing Hamas (a group whose founding objective was the destruction of Israel) hardly advanced the cause of peace. So yes, people have a right to defend themselves. Deliberately murdering innocent civilians is not self-defence.

You don’t seem to get that when these suicide bombers go out and blow themselves up, they are killing children, women, doctors, journalists, health care workers, etc. You cannot condemn Israel for attempting to dismantle the people who commit these crimes. The innocent people amongst them were warned of the attacks, which is more than what the suicide bombers do to Israelis. Question: If the Israelis laid down arms today, do you think they would survive tomorrow? Many wouldn’t care - that’s why I am pro-Israel. They deserve to exist.

@jacpem @HenMazzig Exactly what I am saying. I condemn all type of violence, especially the one against children, woman, doctors, journalists, health care workers, etc. I feel horrified towards what happened in October 7 2023 on both sides, and I am horrified every day since October 8 until today!

I compiled every confirmed Hezbollah FPV drone strike –from the past 1.5 months – into this one montage. The magnitude of what the Lebanese Resistance has accomplished here is stunning. Israel's military is being dismantled, piece by piece.

I see lots of folks saying that Israel is the bad guy for invading southern Lebanon. Not true in the slightest. Here's the history. Under the terms of the United Nations Security Council Resolution 1701, adopted in August 2006 at the end of the Second Lebanon War, Iran's proxy Hezbollah agreed to withdraw their forces to north of the Litani River. They didn't do so, and have been illegally occupying southern Lebanon for two decades, using it as a launching pad for launching thousands and thousands of rockets, mortars, and drones at Israeli civilians. The Lebanese Army and UNIFIL were supposed to enforce withdrawal of Iran's proxy, Hezbollah, to north of the Litani, but they didn't do doodly-squat. So, as is its right under international law, the IDF has sent its troops into Lebanon to stop the endless attacks on its country. Don't like it? Hey, nobody likes it, but when a country like Lebanon lets a known terrorist organization operate freely inside its borders and attack its neighbor, the neighbor is entirely justified under international law to cross the border, kick aσσeσ, and take names. Note that the Lebanese Government, while it can't say so publicly, is overjoyed that this is happening. We know that because they have not made the slightest attempt to attack or impede the Israeli forces that are cleaning up the Iranian-backed vipers nests in southern Lebanon. Am Ysrael Chai w.

I cannot believe how arrogant the DA is. Here in Tshwane, there are 107 wards and 794 voting stations. The DA has a table with volunteers outside everyone one! How dare they care about democracy so much!! It's outrageous. I bet they are doing this in all the cities. Why can't they be like the humble ANC, who rocks up 5 hours late, pitch an umbrella in the sand, asks the DA folks if they have water and snacks and then leave. Or the EFF who come to push the ANC umbrella over. Or MK who don't rock up and make no effort at all. Or ActionSA who take pictures outside of one VD, post on social media and hope people believe they are at all 794 and not like 2. Or the VF who are fighting about their registration slogan. Or GOOD, Rise Mzansi, ATM, ABC, 123, LMNOP which are basically made up. Is the DA being competent.....sorry I mean arrogant in your city to?
