They begin with their conclusion, get corrected, and then immediately move the goalposts because the real issue was never the facts. It was always hostility to the Church.

@kaylenp28364 @crunchyrugger This is correct and perhaps I should have been more clear. Congress can create a new group by law to concur with the VP and invoke section 4 of the 25th amendment.

this is quite literally impossible. congress has no power to invoke the 25th amendment. it must be done by the VP and the cabinet. it only goes to congress if POTUS refuses to cede power. has anyone on this hellhole site ever actually read the constitution?
