Focus on inflation to understand where rates are going. Most people get 3% raises. Reserve job is to keep inflation at 2%. December cut will happen. 2026 will be wild though. Bond markets are kind of pushing back.

Banks have lots of money to loan. Everyone knows the rates are coming down. If you have folks that want to borrow money you can get a check. Uncertainties have dampened the loan demand. Knoxville does get some influence from national forces but stays stable. @ccim #lenderpanel
